I am an assistant project manager with Public Management, Inc. where I consult Texas communities in managing federally funded infrastructure projects. 

 

I am also actively engaged in research. My work focuses on the governance of outer space activity and the regulation of emerging science and technology. My most recent work focuses on energy, space, agriculture, and urban sustainability.
